Maguire Law provides legal representation for individuals, families, and businesses in civil litigation and estate planning matters. Founder, Erinn M. Maguire, has a decade and a half of broad legal experience. She began her career as a law clerk to Hon. Arrie W. Davis (ret). on the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. She went on to practice in the area of commercial and business litigation, in both litigation boutiques and as a partner in a large mid-Atlantic firm before deciding to create Maguire Law LLC.

Ms. Maguire is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Ms. Maguire is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court of Maryland, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.” She has been named as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in the area of Business Litigation, 2014-2019.

As a native Marylander and graduate of St. Mary's College of Maryland and the University of Baltimore School of Law, Ms. Maguire is deeply rooted in the community and understands the unique needs and challenges of her clients.
